Usage precautions
The Lightinderm system is an anti-aging beauty treatment designed to be used at home. It is in no way designed to treat health problems.
When the appliance is used in the bathroom, unplug it after use, as a nearby water source is dangerous, even if it is switched off.
For added protection, the installation of a Residual Current Device (RDD) rated to operate at less than 30 mA is recommended in the bathroom electrical circuit. Ask your installer for advice.
Do not use this appliance near a bathtub, shower, sink or any other container containing water.
This appliance can be used by children over the age of 8 and by people with reduced motor, sensory and mental abilities or who have never used it, provided they are supervised or follow the instructions for safe use of the appliance. device, and are aware of the potential risks.

Do not introduce water or liquid into any part of the device, as this may affect its operation.
The Lightinderm device only works with Lightinderm serum capsules.

Light & Serums
Our serums are suitable for all skin types, even sensitive.
No intolerance reaction was observed during the various clinical studies.
Our serums have been developed and manufactured in France. They are composed of 90% ingredients of natural origin. Lightinderm® serums, composed of benchmark active ingredients in dermocosmetics, are formulated while respecting the well-being of the skin and the environment. We have chosen to use synthetic components, recognized and proven for their effectiveness, but all from natural components.
Our serums are: fragrance-free, silicone-free, vegan, clinically tested.
There is no risk of skin allergy (clinical study carried out on 33 women over 28 days – no signs of allergy noted).
The gesture can trigger a slight transient redness or the feeling of a slight heating, more noticeable on fragile or reactive skin.
During normal use, once a day, the skin adapts and these manifestations tend to become less frequent. In the unlikely event that intense redness or a burning feeling develops and persists for more than 30 minutes after the session, please contact our customer service.
On the contrary, the light diffused by the Lightinderm device does not contain Ultra-Violet, but only light waves beneficial to the health of your skin.
Our product is risk 0 on the photo-biological risk standard, this means that it is completely harmless and does not cause any damage to the eyes. Our low intensity lights are risk free according to the European standard.
However, if the light bothers you, you can close your eyes.
There are no particular contraindications, however do not use this device if your skin is photosensitive or if you are currently taking medication that could cause skin hypersensitivity to light. If you have any particular doubt, do not hesitate to contact us, or contact your dermatologist.
As a precautionary measure, we recommend not to use Lightinderm in case of pregnancy or breastfeeding but it can be used after or before this period in order to accompany your skin throughout its evolution.
From the first use of Lightinderm, you will have an improvement in the softness, smoothness and hydration of your skin.
From 14 days, you will be able to notice the first improvements according to the programs. From 28 days, the skin’s regeneration mechanisms will be restimulated. On each product sheet, you can find all the results of our various clinical studies.
Yes, you can absolutely combine different programs. You can use one program in the morning and another in the evening or alternate programs every day. However, it is recommended to do at least one session of 3 minutes per day. For example, apply the Repair Program for 3 minutes in the morning and apply the Purity Program for 3 minutes in the evening.
Do not panic, you will resume your routine the next day!
No, there is no trace of perfume in our formulas (0% perfume). The fragrance you can smell comes from the composition of the active ingredients.
To obtain significant results, the Lightnderm device should be used daily for 3 minutes in the morning or evening.
Each treatment lasts 3 minutes in total, on the entire face.
15 seconds per zone is recommended. This is the time for the combination of light + active ingredients to effectively activate cell regeneration. You can refer to the product sheet for the details of the gestures by program.
Overall the recommendation is to store the capsules at room temperature, preferably in a cool, dry place between 5-25°C. For Purity, we recommend keeping them cool (8-12 degrees) to optimize the freshness experience, and this can help with proper diffusion. It’s not an absolute necessity, more an orientation towards a better experience.
They can be kept for 2 years.
Lightinderm’s technology acts on the health of the skin at any age. There is therefore no age requirement for starting treatment. We recommend use from the age of 25.

Lightinderm products are 100% Made in France. The Lightinderm device is manufactured in factories in Soisson. The serum is developed in Avignon and is produced in Lentilly (69210 – Rhône), the capsules are produced in Oyonnax (01100 – Ain)
Depending on your skin type, daily treatment with Lightinderm may be enough to meet your skin needs. People with drier skin types or people using the Lightinderm treatment at night will most likely need additional moisturizer in the morning before applying makeup.
We always recommend using appropriate sun protection when exposed to the sun. The best way to safely enjoy the sun and protect your skin is to use a combination of shade, clothing and sunscreen ;).
If you have residual serum, pat gently on your skin in an upward motion. You can continue your beauty routine by applying your moisturizer or makeup.
We recommend that you cleanse your skin before using the treatment. Avoid harsh cleansers and soaps, as they can disrupt your skin’s skin barrier. Select a cleanser that suits your skin type and preferences (rinse or wipe off). Cleanse twice a day, morning and evening.
Light is a form of energy. Certain wavelengths have well-known properties and are essential for photosynthesis in plant cells. It has been demonstrated that human skin cells can also react to light, which can have consequences on the biology of the cell: energy supply, protein synthesis, cell multiplication, for example.
While certain wavelengths can be harmful to the skin, such as UV when abused, others can be particularly useful in many situations
The specifically selected wavelengths of Lightinderm programs regenerate and stimulate cells skin.
No, only Lightinderm capsules can be used with the Lightinderm device. Lightinderm serum capsules are specifically formulated for a complementary action with each light program diffused by the device.
All our capsules are recyclable. Just drop them in the glass bin. A bag is at your disposal to facilitate the collection and recycling of your capsules.
Operation & Device maintenance
To charge your device, simply plug the socket into a suitable switch.
When the battery is depleted, the vertical charge indicator at the top of the device circle glows solid red. Once charged, the indicator flashes red, then green as charging progresses. Once the device is fully charged, the indicator light is solid green.
Charging the battery fully takes about 20 min.
If you are turning on the device for the first time, you may need to charge your device. However, you can turn on and use your device on charge.
Press the on/off button to turn on the device, until it starts (about 2 seconds). After recognition of the capsule, the device displays the program selected and the number of doses remaining. It is ready to be used.
Insert a capsule of LightinDerm serum straight into the device, once down in the neck of the device, press on the top of the cap until you hear a click.
Warning: do not “screw” the capsule or turn it once in the neck of the device, this could damage it.
Press the on/off button until the device starts (about 2 seconds). The device will turn on and detect the serum capsule. Wait for the screen lights to fix
Remove the cap from the serum capsule.
Press the on/off button again to start the session.

Eject and reinsert the capsule. Please contact customer service, specifying the number of your order if it is an online order.
For each serum, a gesture has been specifically developed to maximize the synergy between the serum and the light.
Apply for 3 minutes (12*15 seconds), then the device will turn off automatically. You can leave the capsule inserted, recap it and remove it after 7 applications.
Apply a reasonable amount of serum to the face and remove the excess with a clean tissue.
Shake the new cartridge slightly before reinserting it into the device.
Go over the entire area for the first time, moving the ball in circular motions to distribute the serum evenly, then go over the same area a second time until you hear a beep (a total of 15 seconds per area).
To eject the serum capsule from the device, press the button on the back of the device.
If you are unable to remove the serum capsule: Press firmly on the ejection button on the back of the product, then handle and gently pull the capsule to remove it.
To turn off the device, simply press and hold (about 2 seconds) the on/off button.
The LightInDerm device supports up to 7 uses of 3 minutes. The device has been programmed not to start a cycle if there is not enough battery left to cover it completely.
Thanks to the control screen, you can know at any time how many remaining treatments you have with your capsule. One capsule contains 7 days of treatment.
For example, if 5 LEDs are displayed, you have 5 treatments of 3 minutes left on your serum capsule.
It tells you that there is no serum capsule inserted, or that the inserted capsule is empty.
The device has detected the capsule and tells you how much treatment is left and what combination of light will be used for your treatment.
The device indicates that it is paused, you can press the main button to continue your session.
This is completely normal, the device tells you when you need to change zones. Every 15 seconds for 3 minutes.

This light tells you that you need to charge your device.
This light lets you know that the device is at its optimal charge level.
The device, if paused, will turn itself off after 2 minutes of inactivity.
Please note, if the device turns off on its own after being paused without being restarted after 2 minutes, the session started will be considered completed, the capsule will therefore display 1 less session the next day.

It is possible that a surplus of serum is delivered during the treatment. Apply a reasonable amount of serum to the face and remove the excess with a clean tissue.
The LightInDerm device is water resistant but not waterproof.
We recommend that you position the device on the base provided, vertically, between each use, in order to ensure a good diffusion of the serum during the sessions.
We also recommend that you use the pouch provided for this purpose to carry your device.
The Lightinderm device does not require any special maintenance. However, we recommend that you clean it if necessary with a micro-fiber cloth.

Subscriptions
We have set up a subscription system to facilitate your skincare routine. It’s very simple, when choosing your program, just choose the capsule subscription function, so you will receive your serum capsules each month. We alert you by email 7 days before the shipment of your order so that you can make the necessary modifications (without modification on your part, the order will be identical to that of the previous month).
Our subscriptions range from €52.90 to €69.90 / month depending on the program chosen.
Each month you will receive 4 capsules of serum, i.e. 28 days of treatment.
If the quantity of serum capsules was insufficient, you can contact our customer service at contact@lightinderm.com to advance your next shipment. If you have capsules left, you can continue to use them. You can store serum capsules for up to 2 years.
To change subscription, simply go to your customer account at least 7 days before renewal and choose another program. You can also contact our customer service.

When your order is received by our carrier, you will receive it on average within 24-48 hours (delays normally noted) for France and 10 working days for abroad.
