What is the Lightinderm capsule subscription?

The monthly serum capsule subscription allows you to receive your Lightinderm serum capsules at home every month (or every 2 or 3 months, depending on your chosen frequency). No need to place an order - your capsules are delivered automatically to the address of your choice, so you can continue your skincare routine without interruption.

When do I receive my subscription capsules?

When you order your subscription, it takes effect the same day and your 1st month of the selected treatment is sent to you. In the following months, on the anniversary date of your initial order, the automatic sending for the program(s) you selected when subscribing will be triggered automatically and your capsules will be shipped.

Can I change my subscription?

You have the possibility to change your program from one month to the next, add a care program, simply, according to the needs of your skin, its evolution, and your desires. Manage your next shipments month by month thanks
to the shipping schedule (you can bring the date forward or push it back depending on your capsule needs, “skip” the next shipment, etc.)

But also! Change the delivery address of your subscription as you travel from your customer area.

We will alert you by email 9 days before your order is shipped so that you can make the necessary changes (without any changes on your part, the order will be identical to that of the previous month).

How can I cancel my order?

Our subscriptions are without commitments, you can cancel it, up to 7 days before the date of its automatic renewal. Go to your personal space on the site, my subscriptions section. You can also
contact our customer service, by phone or by email at contact@lightinderm.com , to request cancellation, up to 7 days before the automatic renewal date.
