GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SPONSORSHIP LOYALTY PROGRAM
These general conditions of use (CGU) of the My Lightinderm and Light & Friends program (hereinafter “the Program”) constitute the general principles of access and participation in the Loyalty and Sponsorship Program.
The Light & Friends Loyalty and Referral Program is managed by the Company:
Lightinderm, simplified joint stock company, with its head office located at 4, rue Meissonier, 75017 Paris, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 528 062 813, carrying out its activity under intra-community VAT number FR68528062813 and holder in particular of the LIGHTINDERM brand, a premium and innovative French cosmetics brand (hereinafter referred to as “LIGHTINDERM”)
ACCEPTANCE AND MODIFICATION OF THE CGU
Membership in the Program is subject to unreserved acceptance and compliance with the General Terms and Conditions. These General Conditions may be subject to modifications, corrections or updates in their wording in the event of changes to the Program.
Due to possible changes to the Program and the statutes, we reserve the right to modify the T&Cs. You are therefore advised to regularly refer to the latest version of the T&Cs.
Furthermore, if one or more stipulations of the T&Cs are declared null or void by the application of a law, a regulation or following a final judicial decision emanating from a competent jurisdiction, the other stipulations will remain valid. and applied.
No modification, correction, update or deletion may give rise to compensation for the Program Member or his beneficiaries.
CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP IN THE LOYALTY AND SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM
- MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS
The Loyalty and Sponsorship Program is offered to any natural person aged 18 or over (hereinafter “the Member”). Membership in the Program is reserved for strictly personal use and for a single account per individual.
Lightinderm reserves the right to carry out any verification and request any document to prove the identity of the person holding the Program account.
Membership in the Program is without obligation to purchase. It is conditioned by the creation of a customer account on the Lightinderm.com site, and the complete and usable personal information provided in this account by the Member.
- 2. SUBSCRIPTION CONDITIONS
All Customers automatically join the Program free of charge when creating their personal account on the Lightinderm.com website.
Purchases in store and from our resellers do not allow access to the Loyalty and Sponsorship Program and the accumulation of loyalty points.
2.1. REGISTRATION DATA
The Member must communicate the following data as part of their registration to the Loyalty and Sponsorship Program:
- Civility
- Name
- First name
- Postal address for delivery of your order
- Anniversary date to obtain points offered under the Program on this date
Forms containing incomplete or incorrect data will not be considered.
In the event of a change in their personal data, the Member must inform Lightinderm as soon as possible via the “My Account” section of the Site or in writing to customer service by email at contact@lightinderm.com .
The Member guarantees the veracity of all the information he has provided to Lightinderm.
Lightinderm cannot be held responsible in the event of non-receipt of an offer, inability to use a service or an advantage resulting from incomplete, obsolete or erroneous information.
By registering for the Loyalty and Sponsorship Program, the Member has the possibility of receiving Lightinderm communications.
PRESENTATION AND OPERATION OF THE MY LIGHTINDERM and LIGHT & FRIENDS PROGRAM
MYLIGHTINDERM LOYALTY PROGRAM
- 1. CUMULATION OF POINTS
1.1 SCOPE
Each expenditure made on the Lightinderm Site allows the Member to accumulate points. The Member also accumulates points on his birthday if the date is correctly entered in the Customer Account , during Privilege Days (if the Member makes purchases on that day) and when he subscribes to his first subscription. Loyalty points allow you to progress within the 6 statuses of the My Lightinderm Program.
The accumulation of Points is valid during sales periods, Private Offers and the day of use of Privilege Days.
1.2: TERMS OF CUMULATION OF POINTS
The methods for accumulating Points are as follows:
- 1€ spent = 1 Loyalty Point credited
- Privilege Day = double points for any purchase made on the site during this day
- Birthday = 150 points offered
- First subscription to a subscription: double points
1.3: OBTAINING PURCHASE VOUCHERS
The Member has the possibility of obtaining a dematerialized voucher once the required number of loyalty points is reached.
Any Purchase Voucher can be used at any time within the limit of its validity period (specified for each Purchase Voucher in the email received by the Customer). The Purchase Voucher is strictly personal and can be used once for any purchase of an amount at least equal to its face value, only on the Lightinderm.com website.
The Member must provide a valid email address and agree to receive communications from Lightinderm in order to receive their Purchase Vouchers electronically.
The Purchase Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, either in whole or in part, and cannot be transferred for valuable consideration.
The validity date of a voucher cannot be extended.
Vouchers cannot be combined with any other current offer or other promotional code and only apply to the purchase of products (services and gift cards are excluded), shipping costs not included.
The Purchase Voucher:
- can be used in one go on the Lightinderm website (the purchase amount excluding shipping and customs fees must be strictly greater than the amount of the Purchase Voucher)
- is linked to the customer account and non-transferable
- is valid during privilege days

STATUS AND CHANGE OF STATUS
The Loyalty Program distinguishes 6 statuses depending on the number of Points accumulated by the Program Member.
The number of Points accumulated determines the Status to which the Member has access:
- White status: between 0 and 599 points
- Cream Status: between 600 and 899
- Bronze status: between 900 and 1199 points;
- Silver status: between 1200 and 1699 points
- Gold status: between 1700 and 2499 points
- Platinum status: from 2500 points
Information relating to the Member's Status appears in the "My Account" area on the Lightinderm Site.

The Member changes status as soon as he or she reaches the sufficient number of Points accumulated for the higher status unless the return of products generates a deduction of Points. The change in status can therefore be ascending or descending. The Member will be informed of their change of status electronically.
At the end of a period of inactivity of 12 months without purchases, any Member with a Gold status or higher will automatically go down to Silver status and will lose the benefits acquired at higher statuses unless these have already been claimed before the loss. of said status.
- USE OF BENEFITS
The advantages are valid according to your choice in the “Products” catalog, only on request by being connected to your personal account on the Lightinderm Site.
The benefits are nominative and can only be used by the Member holding the Loyalty account.
1.4: OBTAINING EXCLUSIVE GIFTS
After entering the new status and when the customer validates his next order, he will trigger the obtaining of the exclusive gift / form: voucher valid only on the gift of the status concerned.
SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM – LIGHT & FRIENDS
Introductory offer – valid until 06/30/2024
To be able to sponsor the sponsor must:
Have a Ligthinderm customer account
Have made at least 1 purchase on the Lightinderm website
1.1: SPONSORSHIP REWARDS
- For the sponsor = One month of treatment offered in the form of a discount coupon worth €85 including tax, applicable to a future order on the site, or to the next subscription renewal, if the Customer has a current subscription .
- The Purchase Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, either in whole or in part, and cannot be transferred for valuable consideration.
- Vouchers can be used only once, if the customer applies the voucher to a product of a lower amount, it will be considered used in full
- The validity date of a voucher cannot be extended, in this case not more than 3 months.
- Vouchers cannot be combined with any other current offer or other promotional code and only apply to the purchase of products, shipping costs not included (services and gift cards are excluded)
- For the Godson = A discount voucher worth 85 euros including tax
- The voucher can only be used on the Godson's first order on the Lightinderm website, for a purchase that must contain a Lightinderm Device (device / pack / discovery offer, etc.)
- Valid for one use per Referee.
- The Purchase Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, either in whole or in part, and cannot be transferred for valuable consideration.
- The validity date of a voucher cannot be extended, in this case no more than 3 months.
- Vouchers cannot be combined with any other current offer or other promotional code and only apply to the purchase of products including a device, shipping costs not included (services and gift cards are excluded)
- : MECHANICS OF SPONSORSHIP
A unique sponsorship code will be sent by email to each sponsor.
Once the order has been validated by the godchild with the sponsor's code, he receives a 100% discount voucher valid on the purchase of 1 box of à la carte capsules or applicable to his next automatic subscription renewal (if the Customer has a current subscription on the date of validation of the Referral's order).
- 5. STOPPING THE PROGRAM
Lightinderm reserves the right to stop the My Lightinderm and/or Light & Friends Program or to modify it at any time, without compensation, subject to informing Members by mail or e-mail and online with prior notice. 'one month minimum. The modifications may relate in particular to:
- The Points scale and loyalty statuses
- Advantages
- The T&Cs
In the event of termination of the Program, Members will be able to use their acquired benefits (Privilege Day and Gift Vouchers) within the limit of their validity date.
PERSONAL DATA
The personal data collected are processed by Lightinderm as part of registration for the Loyalty and Sponsorship Program and for the purposes of running and managing the latter (order management, provision of personalized services, communication of targeted offers) , and, where applicable, by their technical partners as part of program management.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 as amended, the Member has the right to access, rectify and delete personal data concerning him or her, as well as the right to object to the processing of this data. for direct commercial prospecting purposes. This right will also be offered to him upon receipt of any message. In the event of a request to delete data, the benefits acquired under the Light & Friends program will be permanently lost.

INTELECTUAL PROPERTY
The brands that appear within the Program are registered trademarks and protected by trademark law. Any use of said trademarks without authorization constitutes an infringement.

TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM
- AT THE INITIATIVE OF THE MEMBER
The Member may, at any time, cease their participation in the Program by notifying their decision:

Termination of membership in the Program will result in the firm and definitive deletion of Points accumulated and benefits acquired.
- AT THE INITIATIVE OF LIGHTINDERM
Lightinderm reserves the right to suspend a Member's membership, or even deactivate their loyalty account, in particular:
- In the event of fraud, attempted fraud or theft of the Member, or the Beneficiary assimilated to the latter, online;
- In the event of an abnormally high number of transactions on the same purchasing day and/or over several days;
- In the event of an unregularized payment incident within 1 month from the first reminder from Lightinderm or its payment partners;
- In the event of actions likely to disrupt the operation of the website or the Program;
- In the event of non-compliance with these T&Cs;
- In the event of multiple customer account openings by the same person;
- If the member does not make any purchases for a consecutive period of 12 months
- In the event of death of the Member.
Deactivation of the account will result in the firm and definitive loss of the Points accumulated and the benefits acquired or associated, without any compensation being claimed by the Member.
RESPONSIBILITY
- LIABILITY OF LIGHTINDERM
Generally speaking, Lightinderm ensures, under an obligation of means, the management of the Program as well as the provision of the associated benefits.
Lightinderm cannot be held liable in the event of:
- Program malfunction
- Loss of customer account
The photographs, texts, graphics, information reproduced and illustrating the Program, Services and Benefits do not fall within the contractual scope. In the event of a manifest error between the characteristics of the products and services and their representation, Lightinderm cannot be held liable.
APPLICABLE RIGHT
These T&Cs are subject to the application of French law.
Only the French version is authentic.
